« A lovely traditional Irish farmhouse, very similar to the family farmhouse of my wife’s late mother in North Co Cork. Everything was clean and tidy, and there were a few treats when we arrived (including buns!). I met a member of the family working on the farm, a nice friendly man. « Great stay: Nice big kitchen and plenty of parking. Everything was labeled well for anything that was tricky to figure out. There are switches to turn appliances like the w/d off which must be very convenient for energy savings. Wish we had that in the USA. Switching it all on is easy. There were laundry pods and dishwasher detergent.Quiet area, but close to the town... Grocery store is maybe a 5 min drive or so. There's a backyard patio type area that's really nice. There's a super cute pub...
