Location is ideal, quiet area, short walk into Main Street with lovely bars and cafes, apartment is brilliant size. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and check-out was just as seamless. The vacation rental was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Osvaldo was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. Ozzy was fantastic to work with. Very kind and responsive. The apartment was very clean and put together. The space was very comfortable for our family of five. The kitchen was convenient with lots of amenities. And the location was a great launching point for our travels into Maine, New Hampshire, and various spots across Massachusetts. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, had everything we needed (especially for our toddler). The pictures are actually outdated and the furniture, decor, and layout seems to have been updated in positive ways. Within walking distance to river and downtown, and a short drive to the beach and other fun stuff. We did not realize how many steep stairs we would need to go up to get to the VRBO and it was challenging with a toddler.

Great place for a quiet night

The property was perfect for us. The bedrooms were nice sized. The living room was big. The kitchen was well stocked with basics. It's by a quiet river and quiet neighborhood.

Ipswich holiday

The property was so clean, very homey, in a great location with a beautiful view. The owners communicated frequently and made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable and the sheets smelled so good. Thank you for a wonderful three days! We definitely would stay here again.

Clean, updated and comfortable. Cool AC, plenty of space for 4-5; however, is on the second floor with many stairs. Plan accordingly; We would (still) stay again.

Nice property and hosts

Very nice property. Very clean had everything we needed and convenient check in. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a 4 plex apartment type home so you have your own entrance etc but the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. But overall very nice place glad we stayed there.
