« Great place to stay to see Salem. It was only a few minutes from downtown and had free on street parking. My only criticism would be that each room had a small A/C unit rather than central air, so during the hotter summer months it might be harder to keep cool. The owner was very nice and was on the property a few of the days we were there working outside and in the other units. »

Prior to arriving at the property I had not received any entry/check in code, so i called the owner from the driveway. He promptly answered and said it was open for us to enter. « Hostess was superb. Property is comfortable. Cozy. Easy to relax in. Close to everything. We rented a car which gave us access to a wide range of places. Great restaurants. Close to small New England towns. Driver traffic etiquette honestly the best we’ve experienced any place including Europe. Easy to relax but so many interesting things to do. And the house - we will be back »

It could have deserved 5/5 rating, however it have a few cons such as no reserved parking (need to park in the street), no living/family room to chill out, relax and watch TV and finally while the appartement where very clean overall, there's two old couch/chair in the hallway than smell very bad and needs to be deeply cleaned. »
