« This beautiful home is located in a very convenient and safe location, with a short walk to a private clean beach. The views from the house are gorgeous and the beach tidepool area is amazing! The home is fully stocked and looks professionally decorated. The sheets and towels were luxurious! The hot tub and pool table were a very nice added feature. We can't wait to visit again! »

« You could not ask for a better location with proximity to the beach and town but unfortunately the property was not accurately disclosed. The property was not secured when we arrived. Multiple windows were open including one that doesn’t have any lock and could never be secured. This meant that we didn’t feel comfortable keeping valuables in the property when on the beach or exploring town. When we entered we immediately could smell a musty mold smell and the front half of the house facing...

« This was the 3rd time staying at Jerry’s Dillon Beach house. It never disappoints! The view is amazing. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean waves, especially at sunset. It’s just steps to the trail to beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach and throughout the neighborhood and stopped in the Dillon beach market where we always find something interesting to buy. We plan on returning next year! »

« Stayed for a Mother’s Day weekend and we had a great time. The house is so cozy yet roomy enough for 4 adults. The weekend ended up being mostly overcast and chilly so coming back after tide pooling to a cozy warm fireplace was so gratifying and it created such a feeling of ambiance. The backyard was enclosed and totally safe for our furry family member. Which was absolutely important for us to bring our elderly fur baby on our short family vacation. We will visit again. »

« Had a great recent 3 day getaway at this property and enjoyed everything about it. The cottage was very CLEAN and had all the amenities. Very modern and very dog friendly!
