If you’d like an active holiday, you could start with the local hill, Meall Fuar-Mhonaidh. The base car park is just 4 miles away, and the hill offers a good path which is dog friendly. Not far away, Abriachan Forest Trails offer walking and mountain-biking galore. If you’re seeking something more extreme, most mountains are easily accessed on a day trip.
