« All my confirmation information said this facility was in Edinburgh — it was in Glasgow!! When I called the person all he did was say people were happy staying there. When I explained the situation he didn’t care and he still charged me!! I spent 3 hours in Waverley station looking for an Edinburgh hotel at twice the cost and now I need to make a claim to get my money back »

« There is no doubt, this is a fabulous place to stay, large, comfortable, equipped with everything you could think of or need, peaceful and the most amazing views. We last visited 5 years ago and enjoyed our stay once again. However…… just a little disappointed to see that not much ‘interior maintenance’ has been carried out in the 5 years since we were there. There are some areas of the property that could do with some attention to detail and general repair that would make the stay even more...

« The property was generally very good and very convenient for the railway station which we used a lot for travelling to Commonwealth Games venues. I would suggest updating the listing. There was no dishwasher or coffee maker and parking was on street due to the building work next door. Saying that we enjoyed our stay and would consider using again if we’re back in sunny Glasgow. »
