Hôtel proche de la gare et de toutes les commodités (commerces, restos etc.). Tout était parfait excepté les taies d’oreillers bien trop volumineuses et dures….

Acceuil trés professionnel et chaleureux en meme temps, de nombreux conseils et informations avant même de le demander . Chambre spacieuse et d'une proprete irreprochable. le petit dejeuner tres correct , un personnel la aussi tres pro et tres acceuillant . je conseille tres chaleureusement

De passage à Interlaken, nous avons trouvé l'hôtel parfait pour passer une nuit tranquille et reposante La chambre était parfaite, l'accueil était excellent merci

Très bon emplacement
Hôtel très bien situé centre ville près de la gare, personnel compétent. Dans la chambre le matelas était trop mou mais la chambre était propre par contre mal insonorisée. Place de parking derrière l'hôtel ce qui est bien agréable en centre ville.

Pros: friendly and very helpful staff, location (close to grocery and very close to beautiful towns), very clean and ok breakfast! Cons: not much but the main thing was the very smelly hallway they have from the back door that leads to the reception. My son would cover his nose everyone we would have to walk through there to get to the car.

We loved our stay at Hotel Bernerhof! It’s conveniently located right next to Interlaken West station, and there are grocery stores and many shops nearby. Breakfast was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful! There was a microwave in the basement which we used a lot :)

We loved our stay at the Hotel Bernerof and would gladly stay here again! It is conveniently located next to Interlaken West train & bus station, with plenty of shops and restaurants around within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable with a beautiful view from our balcony and plenty of closet space to organise your belongings. Free breakfast is available every morning and the staff are super friendly! It was also a bonus having an EU socket in the room, so we didn't need to buy an adaptor. I highly recommend this hotel & would gladly stay here again in all my visits to Interlaken 😊

这个酒店就在West的对面，走路30秒（过个马路），房间比较小，但是我觉得五脏俱全，我是一个人旅行所以觉得挺好的，还有个小阳台，而且距离一个中餐小馆特别近，吃完了溜达溜达，附近还有个大超市，缺什么了可以去买买~

Amazing place to stay! The location of the hotel is literally in front of Interlaken West station and the front desk takes his time explaining all the details on what to do, where to go and how to get around as part of the check in process. One of the best customer service and experience I had. The hotel provide free breakfast and that helps with saving some money.

The hotel is located near the Interlaken West train station , only takes 5 mins walk . A lot of shops & restaurants nearby , very convenient. The room desk staff Doreen was very helpful & nice . The room was clean & cozy , the bathroom was big , could see its new renovation & modern . The breakfasts were good . I would love to stay here again if I have chance to visit Interlaken again in future. 😊👍

We stayed a total of 4 nights at Hotel Bernerhof. Hotel is 2 minutes away from the train/bus station which is very convenient for travelling around. Hotel staff were very friendly and we're thankful for their hospitality which made our stay in Interlaken very enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious and has a view of the surrounding Alps.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations - from the friendly pre-stay e-mails through the very welcoming reception, room (and indeed general hotel) facilities, breakfast and, very rare these days, payment on checkout. The reception staff member was so warm and welcoming on arrival. He provided us with an Interlaken discount card and maps etc. He arranged taxis and gave us tips about the town. The best in any European hotel we have ever stayed. Breakfast was great. Rooms have been recently renovated and are right on the Main Street and near Interlaken West train station.
