« I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a good stay. The room was older, and okay, and mostly clean. The shower could use a good deep cleaning in the corners, but other than that no complaints. The hotel staff at all levels was the best I have seen in many years. Every staff member was professional and genuinely happy and helpful. It was very nice to see a welcoming greeting when I arrived and during my stay. A+ for all of the staff. Don't let any of them go. »

« Hot tub jets didn't work. The king size bed was absolutely horrendous, it put our backs out. The curtains were falling off the hanger. The faucet handle came off. The shower head wouldn't shoot straight and barely put out any water. Peoples dogs were barking when we walked down the hall and barked and cried when they left them in their room. They didn't have any eggs for breakfast. »

« Very close to Mount Shasta that you can see from the garden on a clear day. Check in was very nice since we got an upgrade. Room is nice & clean and bed is comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good »

« Very clean but very noisy. I booked though Expedia but they didn’t give me the rate I booked. People above us walked the floor alnight and the water pipes through the wall ran alnight. »
