« Loved the hotel, however our last day there for breakfast wasn’t the best. One of the staff members were overbearing. Was constantly in our way when making our waffles. Treated the adults like we were children. Very unacceptable in so many ways. We were monitored when making our waffles. I even was told I couldn’t add chocolate chips to my waffle mix. She tried telling us how long we should keep our waffles in the maker etc. my overall experience with this situation would prevent me from staying...

« Hôtel bien placé où nous nous sentions en sécurité. Proche de restaurants et zone commerciale. Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable et calme. Tarifs corrects. Chambre propre, petit bémol sur les parties communes où ça manque d’entretien et nettoyage. Sinon nous avons dans l’ensemble apprécié notre séjour et nous y retournerons si besoin. »

« The staff was great but the rooms were unsatisfactory. We had two rooms - both didn’t have televisions with cable as indicated and the internet had extremely poor connectivity where phones & computers couldn’t stay connected, dropping service. One bathroom had a door that wouldn’t close and amenities in the shower were broken. The other rooms bathroom door was shut when entering and it was clear someone did that on purpose to hold the horrible smells they left. The staff was polite but didn’t...

I cancelled my reservation immediately and when I tried to get my money back from the insurance company they asked me for documents that I do not have so I did not get my money back.
