Mr. Bowden what is the reason of your review? You had a totally new room and all services.You booked non refundable and wanted to change few days before arrival - this is not possible - sorry. Chambre familiale exceptionnelle
Confort de la chambre familiale: nous avons mis 3 car la literie était un peu molle pour nous mais la grandeur de la chambre et le rangement était très satisfaisant. Avoir ses enfants à proximités sans etre dans la même chambre est un luxe incomparable pour les parents. Le petit dejeuner fait sur mesure est une exellente idée car il n'est plus normal de jeter de la nourriture de nos jours. A proximité pour la shopping, 10min du centre historique à pied. Merveilleux séjour nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé trois nuits agréables dans ce bel hôtel. Un seul bémol : le manque de climatisation qui fut un peu pénible en cet été très chaud ...

Excellent rapport qualité / prix
La chambre double est spacieuse, très propre, et bien agencée. La salle de bain est encore mieux ! très grande, comme le miroir mural au dessus d'un double lavabo. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Service plus qu'agréable : à la réception se trouve un coin "bar" mis gracieusement à la disposition des clients qui peuvent se servir un café, thé, tisane ... 24h/24.Le tout à côté d'un PC avec internet gratuit aussi. Mention spéciale au personnel très gentil. L'hôtel est situé à côté d'un parc public et à quelques minutes à pied du vieil Innsbrück.

This was one of my favorite hotels. Cozy, staff was amazing, spa area fantastic, room was spacious, no carpet, wood floors the best and sanitary.

Best Hotel in Innsbruck
I really don’t know where to begin on my review of this amazing hotel. We stayed for 5 nights in December, hoping to experience the Christmas Markets and some snow. The weather wasn’t kind to us but this didn’t ruin our trip. The hotel was a short walk from the Main Train Station and a welcome sight to end our journey. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel reception was beautiful. A Typical Tyrollean feel to it. Our room was wonderful. Just on the first floor, we took the handy lift with our luggage. It was a spacious beautifully decorated room, with air con and a lovely big window which we preferred to have open a little for fresh air - even though it was freezing outside! The bathroom was amazing- massive shower, very modern. All in all, everything we needed - including tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was included in our booking. To be honest it was one of the loveliest breakfasts we have had in Europe. A great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks and an amazing fresh orange juice machine. We could have stayed in the breakfast room all day. The service was really quick, all the staff were really attentive and the food was delicious. All in all this hotel was amazing. Well managed, well maintained and it had a ‘family run’ feel about it, which is lost on most of the larger hotels around. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We were sorry to leave. Excellence in Innsbruck
Our stay in Innsbruck was part of an extended road trip throughout Austria and I'll go as far as to say this was by far our favourite hotel. Exceptional service from Joseph and the entire team. Amazing corner room with A/C and modern bathroom facilities. Excellent breakfast with extensive options and warm friendly service. A short walk from town and lots of advice on where to go and what to do. Absolutely spot on in all regards.

This is the best place you can stay. I have stayed many places all over the world. This place gives you first class service. I have never had better service. They set a hole new standard. They are located across from a beautiful park. A quick walk to the bus and tram. If you don’t want to take the bus you can walk quickly to the shopping areas.

Struttura e personale perfetto. Ci hanno fornito anche la welcome card per o trasporti gratuiti. Abbiamo anche fatto il cenone di capodanno ed era tutto buonissimo, inoltre sono stati così gentili da farci trovare due bicchieri e due bottiglie per brindare in piazza al nuovo anno. Tutto perfetto!

Friendly, clean, charming
Nice and charming hotel not too far from the city center. Very charming staff. Good small hotel restaurant with friendly service and decent food. Don't forget to visit toilets in the basement of hotel! Charming decor! We came in the high season, and the price was almost 200 Euros for at DBL room, which was much above what we paid for similar hotels in other places (Germany, Italy). But we were not disappointed.

A brief but wonderful stay. Hotel is a mid-size, picture postcard South Tyrolean exterior and interior, so perfect atmosphere for a stay in Innsbruck. Check in was welcoming, professional and quick. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and modern. Hotel just a 10 minute walk from center of town. Breakfast included, with high quality meats, cheeses, jams, yogurt, and bread (including a delicious gluten free bread!), and a truly extensive series of hot dish options. Would definitely stay again.
