➀ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay

➀ Guests will have access to the entire unit, including the BBQ grill. Please make yourself at home.

➀ You can enjoy full-day access to the beach, including the volleyball and basketball courts, for just $20 per adult and $10 per child per day.

➀ Availability of a free underground parking spot.

The area offers diverse dining options, boutique shopping, and recreational activities such as golfing and boating. With its vibrant community and year-round events, this neighborhood provides an exceptional lifestyle experience for all.

Car: With convenient access to major roads like Highway 400 and Innisfil Beach Road, traveling by car is the most common and efficient mode of transportation in Innisfil. Parking is generally available at most destinations.

Bicycle: Innisfil offers scenic bike routes and trails, providing a healthy and eco-friendly way to explore the area. Look out for dedicated bike lanes and bike racks at various points of interest.

Walking: Many attractions, shops, and dining options in Innisfil are within walking distance of each other, making walking a pleasant and practical way to get around, especially in the downtown area and along the waterfront.

Public Transit: The Innisfil Transit system provides bus services connecting various neighborhoods within the town. Check schedules and routes for convenient and affordable transportation options.

Taxi/Rideshare: Taxis and ridesharing services are available in Innisfil, providing on-demand transportation for those who prefer not to drive or use public transit. Apps like Uber and Lyft are commonly used for quick and easy rides.

➀ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.

➀ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Please take a moment to go over our booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
