« wonderful home for a weekend vacation! house is within walking distance to the tow square that is filled with bars, shops, and restaurants! the entire house had a very comfortable, warm feel to it. everything was extremely clean and well equipped! My girlfriend and I loved it so much we’ve talked about making it a yearly trip! »

« The listing picture wasn't even close. Front yard was part of marina with boat trailers and cars. House was filthy and in disrepair. Bedroom mattress was wrapped in moving plastic. It caved in through the bedspring when you sat on it. Carpet was so dirty and moldy that when you walked out of the bedroom, your shoes would stick. Not much furniture and furniture that was there was curb pick up quality. Dishes and appliances were dirty. TV in bedroom was on the floor in the closet. ...

« First I do want to say the host was very responsive! The house was not clean there was a broken window in the basement. I do think that should have said in the listing that the other couch and bathroom were in the basement! The bathroom floor in the basement was coming up. The house smelled very bad. The house is very cute it it was kept up on. We had issues with the place and addressed with the host and the host do respond and told us we could leave and they would understand. « The home was clean and comfortable for the most part. I would suggest that the lighting in the bedrooms be less harsh for comfort. Bright white bulbs and florescent lighting for my family was not great. I would add that the lighting in the bathrooms for doing make up was bad (too yellow). It stated in the listing they provided bottled water but none was present when we arrived so we went to the store to purchase. If it wasn't listed I would have brought some from home. « This is our 2nd time renting this property. The location is in close proximity to family n friends and in a quiet & safe neighborhood. The house is very clean and is stocked with basic essentials. The host is easy to reach and responds promptly. »

« We had a great stay in Pramod’s home! There were so many amenities available to us that normally rentals don’t have; little thoughtful things like hand soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and Kcups! There was even a hair dryer and shampoo. The appliances were updated and the property was so clean.
