Enjoy the ultimate country getaway at this stunning ranch that sets the standard for luxury and elegance outside one of the most charming suburbs of the city. The interior spans 7,000+ sq. ft. over two levels of impeccably designed space and features 7 bedrooms, 7 king-size beds, and 4.5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. Set on 7 acres of bucolic farmland, the home with an inground heated pool showcases gorgeous views of horses roaming behind classic white ranch fences.
THE SPACE Enter through impressive double doors to the residence’s grand foyer that leads to the main level social areas. A large great room with soaring ceilings and a luxe seating area is centered around a wall of windows and glass doors that open to a 3-season room and never-ending views of the surrounding countryside.
The residence’s designer kitchen is every chef’s dream with high end appliances including a gas range, prep island, and bar seating as well as a premium housewares package for creating and serving any type of meal. Enjoy dining with family and friends right in the kitchen at the 6-person table with a view of the TV and fireplace in the family room or take a more formal approach to entertaining in the separate elegant dining room in the front of the home.
Four bedrooms are located on the main level, including the exclusive primary suite with magnificent king bed, smart TV, huge walk-in closet, private access to the 3-season room, and ensuite bath. A garden tub under a large picture window, separate walk-in steam shower, and dual vanity sinks are hallmarks of the impressive bathroom.
Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 all have king beds with luxury linens, smart TVs, and lovely views of the surrounding property. Also on the main level is a guest powder room and completely stocked laundry room with a wine fridge.
On the estate’s ground level are bedrooms 5, and 6 (each with a king bed) and 7 that has a king bed and twin bunk bed. Additional sleeping options include a cozy full-size bed and a 2nd twin bunkbed. These bedrooms share the home’s 3rd and 4th full bathrooms.
The lower level is also home to a fantastic entertainment area with full kitchen, a bar, cozy lounge ideal for gathering to watch the big game on the smart TV next to the fireplace; and the home’s showstopper - a new outdoor hot tub that will be a favorite spot for every guest in the group.
Nearly every room in the home either overlooks or leads to the estate’s unparalleled outdoor living areas where the main attraction is an oversized inground heated pool. Surrounding the pool are several seating and sun lounge areas, a covered dining spot, and BBQ grill. Make your way across the expansive lawns to the stone firepit, a perfect place to snuggle under the stars at night. The nightly rate covers the first 7 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.
The pool opens for the season at the end of April and closes for the winter mid-October. The hot tub remains open year-round for guest enjoyment.

These cameras record exterior areas only and hold the information for 30 days. Footage is only reviewed in the event of a break-in or any potential house rules violation. Rates & Guest Count The base rate covers the first 7 guests. Each additional guest (age 3 and over) is $30 per person, per day. Children 2 and under stay free. This fee applies to anyone who comes onto the property, not just overnight guests. It helps cover additional wear and tear, increased cleaning/disinfecting, and higher utility usage. Pets: Pets are welcome for $300 per pet, per stay.
Events Events may be possible depending on the type of event, number of people, and number of cars. All events must be approved by the host. Typical cost is $30 per person.
Smoking No smoking inside the house or garage. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine.
General Rules - Respect neighboring properties—no trespassing into yards or driveways. Treat neighbors with courtesy and respect. - Keep outdoor noise at a reasonable level at all times. - Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. - Any amplified outdoor music must be pre‑approved by the host. - Park only in the garage or driveway. Ample parking is available. No street parking is permitted. - Fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property. - Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home. - The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. - No off‑road vehicles are allowed on the property. - Refund Policy: - 100% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 30 days before arrival - 50% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 14 days before arrival - Do not attach anything to walls or ceilings with tape, tacks, or adhesives. Damage will result in charges. - Return any moved furniture to its original position. A $100 fee applies if items are not reset. - Pool & Hot Tub: - Pool is typically open mid‑May through mid‑October, weather permitting. - If your stay is near these dates, confirm pool availability if you plan to use it. - Pool is maintained at 75°F during the season. - Heating above 75°F is $25 per degree, per day (request at least 1 day before arrival). - Hot tub is open year‑round and heats up to 104°F at no extra charge. - Maintenance staff visits once per week, usually for about 30 minutes. - Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub. - Early arrivals and late departures incur a $200 fee. - Minimum rental age is 25. - Neighbor complaint: $500 fee. - Security dispatched: $500 fee. - Police called: $1,000 fee and guests may be required to vacate immediately without refund. - Unregistered guests: $500 penalty plus $60 per person for anyone on the property not included in the reservation. - Guests must sign the rental agreement prior to check‑in. This accommodation was not suitable for us. After making the payment, they charged an extra fee for each person. The courtyard was full of mosquitoes that constantly bothered us. Even though we paid for cleaning, they said that the dining room or the rooms were not clean and that we had to pay extra. For these reasons, neither we nor our friends were satisfied and we decided not to come back here.

The check-in was very simple using a private code. The kitchen was well equipped although it did take some looking around to find some items as there are many cabinets and drawers. Some of us especially liked the free Keurig coffee makers and K-cups. There was adequate seating for everyone to eat, the dining room, high-top table in the kitchen and stools at the kitchen counter. The wi-fi was more than adequate for our group of 18. We especially loved the three-season room which face west. That was the coffee clutch room every morning. Too hot in the afternoon but no one cared as we were all in the pool playing with all of the toys. The 7 bedrooms worked out well as did the 4.5 bathrooms. Many hours were spent at the pool table and ping pong table. In fact we had double elimination tournaments for both as well as a cornhole tournament. As you can see we were very busy. The hot tub was also a great hit in the evenings especially later in the week after the heat index dropped well below a hundred. One night everyone joined in on a campfire and made s'mores. The central air conditioning worked well and was supplemented by two portable air conditioners, one in the basement and one in the dining room. Another great asset were the four refrigerators, one in the kitchen, one in the basement and two in the garage. All of them were jammed packed with food and drinks. I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge John, the next-door neighbor and handyman(?). He was needed several times.

60th Birthday Celebration
The spacious, well-maintained home was perfect for our group. The bedrooms were roomy, and the living areas provided plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy.
A highlight was the neighboring estate with horses. The children loved it!
The outdoor spaces were ideal for relaxation, with patios for morning coffee.
Overall, this rental was the perfect setting for a memorable getaway.

Embarrassing! Beware of the Birds and the Bird Feces in Pool Area.
We rented this home primarily to utilize the pool, which is the highlight of the property. Unfortunately, the current condition of the pool area due to bird feces made it inhabitable. Several of my guests had to clean up bird feces constantly from the pool and its surrounding areas. It was quite embarrassing. We had to lay down cardboard boxes to catch the droppings at the entrance of the pool.
Additionally, we planned to host a birthday dinner in the sunroom, but the windows were splattered with bird poop. Although we requested for the windows to be cleaned, the property manager noted that the windows would quickly become dirty again due to the number of birds nesting and defecating from the top of the house. He cleaned the windows and hours later, more bird feces.
The amount of bird feces in the pool area is not only unsightly but also poses a significant health hazard. Bird feces can contain pathogens and parasites, leading to respiratory and gastrointestinal infections when inhaled or ingested. Additionally, bird droppings can carry harmful bacteria such as Salmonella and E. coli, which can cause severe illnesses in humans. A decision has to be made on whether this is a bird sanctuary or rentable home for people.
Lastly, the home has so much potential. But it does need some upgrades and attention to detail when being prepped for visitors. Drive-by cleaning routines are not sufficient.

Dinner Party
We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday with a surprise Murder Mystery Dinner Party. We had 18 guests and then another 20 came by for the dinner party. The lower level allowed us to set up (4) round tables so we could all sit together. We brought in a caterer and bartender. The space was so perfect for what we needed. There were more extra towels and sheets in every closet. This house accommodates a large party very easily. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool! John was so terrific to work with. The house is so amazing!!

Great time!
We had a wonderful time celebrating an anniversary with 13 family members. The home and property were lovely. Ample space for all to enjoy time together. The pool, hot tub and lower level were particularly fun for the younger adults. John was terrific and very attentive to any needs we had.
