We had a great experience at this house. It was very close to stagecoach! We would definitely stay here again! It had every thing you needed and was fully stocked. The house manager was on property and was extremely helpful with everything we needed!

Near Coachella area
This was our second stay at this property. It is a quaint, well-appointed house in a quiet neighborhood, and easily accessible to the Coachella grounds. The backyard is full of plants and flowers to enhance a relaxing day next to the pool. Great communication with the caretaker before and during our trip. Comfortable beds, living room, and anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We had another great stay and would definitely return.

Stagecoach
This house was great, very clean and organized, they have everything you need during your stay. The pool was heated, Bob the caretaker was very helpful, he gave us a ride to the entrance of the community so we didn’t have to walk. The location of the community is across the street from the festival so we can walk into the festival. I would recommend this house for sure.

Beyond amazing
This place is amazing. Fully stocked, better than my own home. The caretaker Bob is the kindest man. The beds are so comfortable and the backyard is an amazing oasis. Hit the jackpot finding this place. Enjoy!!

Perfection in the desert
Kelly and Bob were wonderful and welcoming hosts who were easy to access and covered everything we needed. The home was beautifully appointed with a designer touch - the pictures don't do it justice. The outdoor area was well equipped with lots of seating options and a couple of nice water features to diminish any traffic noise. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked and we were never in need of any items that are often overlooked in vacation homes. The welcome basket was a nice touch and we are already booked in for a return visit and another relaxing vacation next year, so that should say it all!

Absolutely Wonderful!
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Indio. Kelly was very kind and had great communication. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and basic cooking essentials. We really appreciated the kind note, the wine, the fruit and the cupcakes. Bob, the property manager helped us to settle in and showed us how everything worked. We will definitely come again!!!

Great stay!
We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and it was super easy to get to. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed including spices, good knives and baggies for sandwiches. Bob and Kelly were both great and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Place As Advertised!
The house is as advertised - very clean, all the amenities and close to the Empire-Polo Club (long walk, but doable). Owner communication was great and Bob is fantastic! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great attention to detail
This property went above and beyond our expectations, making it a very memorable stay. It's immaculate, extremely well-stocked kitchen, super-cute backyard and pool area with beautiful plants and flowers. Bathrooms had little touches like little ponytail elastics, Q-tips, shampoo/conditioner/shower get, and hand sanitizer. Kelly left a nice welcome note, snacks/drinks/wine, and Bob was readily available to answer any questions. We stayed during Coachella. It's about a mile to the subdivision entrance/exit, but once you're outside the subdivision, it's a very easy 1.4 mile walk to the festival entrance. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway!
My family really enjoyed this home! The house, pool and outdoor areas we’re beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. There we’re so many different seating areas to relax. The house was thoughtful stocked with everything we needed. Including pool towels, floaties, and pool toys for the kids, also pool safe glasses. Communication with Kelly the owner was quick, clear and simple. Bob the caretaker was also available if needed. We only asked for local restaurant recommendations. The house was quiet, relaxing and private in a gated community.

Beautiful, well-maintained rental near Empire Polo Club
Kelly’s home in Indio is a lovely escape in the desert! We enjoyed the delightful backyard pool and fire pit, and any questions we had were promptly answered by caretaker for the home. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and everything was clean and well-maintained. Love the wooden shutters throughout! We stayed here during Coachella, and enjoyed being able to hear the festival music in the backyard while lounging in the pool (and it wasn’t overpowering indoors, either).

Perfect spot for couples!
We were in town for a wedding in the Indio Hills so this was the perfect middle ground and oasis to return to afterward. The pool on site is such a nice bonus but definitely needs to be heated this time of year for ultimate relaxation. Would be a great spot for Coachella attendees as well.

Lovely, cozy, well-appointed home with gorgeous outdoor spaces
It isn't very often you get a VRBO that really feels like someone's home, with the level of attention to detail that this house has clearly benefited from. This house was clean, fresh, comfortable, and full of little touches that made it really pleasant. I had to work remotely for several of the days and was able to spread out at the kitchen table. The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were incredibly well stocked. The outdoor spaces are lovely and designed to host a big group on a nice day. The property manager and the caretaker were both wonderful to communicate with. My friend and I stayed while I was competing at the horse show nearby and it was a great location for easily getting to the show for early mornings. The Tack Room, the Polo Club, and La Quinta restaurants are all close by. I will definitely try to stay again when I return to compete again next year!

Best Desert Property I've Stayed At
I've stayed at many desert rentals over the years, and Kelly's home is by far the best. It's located in one of the best parts of the golf club, which made daily walks safe and easy. The home itself is beautifully decorated and well-appointed, so it felt like a home instead of a rental. The backyard is an absolute oasis and so well-designed, so you can really have a lot of different "experiences" within just 10 - 20 feet of each other. Starbucks and grocery just a short drive away, and it's really the kind of property where you can hang there for days at a time if you get your groceries ahead of time. Will definitely be back!

Perfect place for a quick getaway with family
Both Paula and Kelly are SO kind and quick to respond to any questions I had regarding my stay. The place is clean and stocked with many goodies that you often find needing (outlets, cooking ware, etc. beach towels). The newly added pool in the back is also magical. Perfect size and the lighting at night makes it easy to do a quick evening dip. Overall, loved my stay!

A March to remember...
My 2-week stay in mid-March at Kelly's house was lovely in all ways that Kelly (and wonderful caretaker Paula) could control. That's the most important thing. However, it unfortunately coincided with a most unforgettable time in recent memory, the widespread outbreak of Covid-19. An avid tennis fan, my trip was originally planned around the BNP Paribas Open; I only found out that the tournament (and soon the world, it seems) was canceled while I was already half-way across the country. Despite being mostly by myself, isolated/quarantined out of respect for California's "shelter-at-home" rules, I found the property quite enjoyable and my stay overall was pretty nice--all things considered. Sunshine and warm weather certainly helped lift my spirits. Tough times, everyone. Stay safe!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kelly's lovely home. We found it more than comfortable, lots of room and well equipped. The gated community is very nice, with a variety of good looking homes throughout the well kept grounds. The one thing we thought that would be helpful is a condo handbook explaining a few basics about the condo and area. There were a few minor glitches, such as light bulbs missing, and could not locate the patio light switch. The barbeque was a good one but badly needed cleaning, however the whole outdoor setup was great. The home really does provide great accommodation, and Kelly and her on site manager, Paula are very helpful and friendly. Plan to stay again.

Awesome first VRBO experience...
SUMMARY: This was our very first VRBO experience and this house was perfect for the two of us... We stayed here over our 21st wedding anniversary and found it very cozy and it had everything we needed. I think the property photos are pretty accurate and there won't be any surprises. HOUSE: Plenty of linens/towels and the pantry had a lot of stuff to assist in the kitchen (Toaster, silverware, pans, glasses, etc.). We brought our own food and drinks and we were able to find all of the tools we needed to prepare our meals. LOCATION: We are very familiar with the Coachella Valley and have been staying in various hotels for years. We chose this property because it was close to family. Be advised, that this house is not really close to Palm Springs proper. However, it is within reasonable driving distance. ACTIVITIES: There are a ton of activities in the Coachella Valley, but here are just a couple things that we enjoyed on this particular trip: 1. Fantasy Springs Indian Casino - Bingo at 6:30pm and various gambling options including my favorite, Roulette. 2. Hiking - We hit the Bump and Grind Trail, Mike Schuler Trail Head. We were lucky to see three Big Horn Sheep very close... We were super excited to see them in their natural habitat and the views of the valley were awesome. 3. Dining - We really enjoyed the Grill on Main St. in downtown La Quinta.. We also enjoy the little hole in the wall called "Pueblo Viejo Grill" in Indio (one of our favorites). 4. Other activities not to be missed if you visit: Joshua Tree National Park, Living Desert in Palm Desert, Palm Springs Air Museum, Palm Springs Aerial Tram TOUCH OF CLASS: The owner left a beautiful bouquet of flowers for our anniversary which was very thoughtful! CONCERNS: I only had one concern while in the house. The master bed had a foam mattress top which was very uncomfortable. We had to pull the bedding apart and remove this foam top to the guest room, and remake the bed. Afterwards the bed was fine, but I'm just advising prospective guests that this top is not a part of the mattress and can be removed if you don't like it. TIP FOR PROSPECTIVE GUEST: This is a gated community that can only be accessed at the manned security gate on Monroe. When we drove out there, our GPS tried to navigate us through other streets/gates that are not manned, so this took a little bit of flexibility to find our way to the house. CONCLUSION: This house was a real value and we would definitely stay again

Fabulous Rental
This house was everything we wanted for our Palm Springs vacation. The beds were so comfortable, everything was just like being at home. The kitchen is so well stocked we cooked at home more than we planned to; because it was so easy. We didn’t have to pick up any extras. Kelly was great about giving us all the information we needed to make finding the place and getting settled in easy. Definitely will be staying here again next time we visit the area.

This house is a complete package for renters. Modern everything- kitchen appliances, pots and pans, you name it. The large pantry is full of spices, small appliances, olive oils, some food staples., and much more. Good supply of towels, pool towels, sheets, etc. Also sunscreen and other items. The beds are very soft. Despite the location close to a busy street, it is remarkably quiet inside the house. We really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful home in a very nice complex.
The home was clean, well stocked and comfortable. It was very quiet inside even tho it is located close to a busy street. It's perfect for 2 couples to share.

Newer house. Tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you need!
Beds are incredibly comfortable and the House was spotless. Kitchen and bathrooms very well stocked and had plenty of nice white towels and pool towels. Highly recommend!
