The room was surprisingly quiet. The bathmat had holes in it. The breakfast was good, but wasn’t very hot. They could use a microwave down there. There also wasn’t any black tea… Only green tea. The price was very high for the room.

My entire reason for booking with the hotel was that they said there was an indoor pool. Upon arrival I was informed that an outside pool was on site and when I went to check it was empty (no water) I had to disappoint my son. I would have booked elsewhere had I known

For some reason I was directed to a subdivision many miles away from the hotel-same house numbers and street name, but boulevard and street designation didn’t help navigation app to direct me to the proper location. I don’t know if it’s a Google/Apple issue or something you can correct. The 25 minutes it took me to get to the actual location didn’t affect me, but others might not be as forgiving.

Very disappointed gym only opens at 10 am because hotel room is right next to gym-don’t book hotel room next to gym. We left our third floor hotel room around 10:10 with large amounts of luggage to find out elevator is closed for maintenance from 10-4. What til after 11 checkout, or let guests know.

The hotel was fairly clean but had a lot of damage marks on the furniture and the beds bowed in the middle and were very uncomfortable. The worst part is that doors to all the rooms have an extremely loud latch that is impossible to close quietly so there is constant door slamming all day/night. You can also hear planes from the airport and tv sound from rooms next door. The breakfast had a good assortment of hot and cold foods but didn't serve until 7am on the weekends.

Overall, nice property for a stay. My only complaint is that we required a pet friendly room as we are traveling across country with our Border Collie and Golden Retriever. They put all people with dogs in the same floor, this mean there was a lot of barking. Our dogs didn’t sleep a wink nor did we because of other barking dogs. Also our room had damage to the cabinet set where the tv is, seemed to be from a dog. It doesn’t bother us but we made sure to report to the front desk so we didn’t get a charge for damage.

TRIPLE charged for room (@$560 each!) Not enough room here for whole story, but serious mistakes (plural) at front desk.Manager rude when I called the day after checkout, tho she did eventually reverse one of the charges (debit card). Said she'd "look into" the double charge to the credit card. After 11 days, no reversal to the credit card. I called hotel twice in the meantime - "mgr not here today." Called Expedia for help. They were able to find out that the request for reversal was made by the hotel on the same evening I talked to the manager. No attempt was made to let me know that she had, after all, "looked into it" and found that they had made a mistake. My cell phone # was on record with them.

I'm not a huge review guy unless there is something that needs addressed good or bad. I felt like due to the misleading rating this had on Expedia, and the aggregate amount of issues I should at least do my part to warn my fellow travelers. For starters, we located what appeared to be dried blood on the wall of the elevator to go to our room. Next, one of the two keys we were provided didn't work and we found this out by repeatedly trying both keys until the one finally granted access. Then, we were greeted in the room with a used gooey plastic/rubber glove sitting on top of the tv stand. Went to lay down on one of the beds and noticed one pillow had a mascara stain on the under side and it wasn't a washed stain. You could tell it was a fresh unwashed transfer. The floor of the room has not been swept in who knows how long due to the ton of loose food crumbs, lint, and random pieces of stuff on the floor. The bathroom sink was an extremely slow drainer where, like almost completely clogged. When my son was brushing his teeth he yelled for me to come in the bathroom and smell the water that was sitting in the sink and it smelled like sewage, couldn't figure that one out. We weren't provided any liners for the dirty ice bucket. The refrigerator did not work & smelled like something rotten had been in it recently. Finally, one of the hand towels in the bathroom needed an extra run through the washer due to some chunky leftovers on it when I pulled it out to use it.

The photos listed are not accurate. The rooms were dark and the non smoking room was at one time a smoking room. The lamps/shades, phone and curtain were very yellowed by old smoke. There was also a cigarette burn in the sheer curtains. The rooms are in a much need upgrade. However the staff were fantastic!
