Beware. The property was being renovated during our stay, but I have other concerns, as well. New flooring had recently been installed in room, but everything was covered in dust. Breakfast was continental breakfast, only -- oatmeal packets and packaged muffins (even then, one the kids grabbed was moldy). Bedding was barebones, but clean and comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed. I had to make a special trip to the front desk to get sheets for the pullout bed; the extra pillows were basically stuffed plastic bags. The sofa bed could hardly open in the space and that mattress was lumpy.

Upon arrival our room was not ready and I believe was not even touched yet. We waited about 40 minutes, then walking in it was still dirty, marijuana fragments on the dresser and crumbs in the mattresses along with a dirty pack of smokes between the wall and the dresser. We were going to let that go because we only had to stay one night cause we were in town for an NBA basketball game. But, we got back from our game and walk into 3 or 4 cockroaches scattering around the kitchen so we packed our stuff and checked out immediately. The person at the counter was always very nice and helpful and did tell us we would receive our money for the room refunded to us but I have yet to receive it. I received the $100 deposit back but still no $260 refund that he told us we would receive. It was just a very disappointing experience especially driving 5 hours from Michigan to even get there and having no backup option for our nightly stay.

Staff was very nice, and helpful when checking in. The hotel has a stench we assumed was just in the lobby as there was a sign they were renovating. However, it was the whole building. The bathrooms weren’t clean, the fridge in our room had a terrible smell. When we tried to lock the door, the screws fell out of the lock. There were people on our floor yelling the whole time we were there. We decided to not stay and drive the few hours home instead.

The worst place to ever stay in! The fold out couch mattress was nasty! Red duct tape over a hole in the bathroom shower. The tub was peeling. Two of the outlets didn't work either. The elevator was missing flooring. 2nd floor smelt of mold. Do not go to this "hotel" it is beyond nasty and should be condemned!

Myself, husband, and three kids were in desperate need of somewhere to stay after a prior hotel mishap and driving 5 hours from TN. I booked my room online, and when we showed up to the property I was told they were overbooked and didn't have somewhere for us to stay. Everywhere in the area was fully booked, however one of the area managers made it work for us. I was extremely grateful for this. The 3rd floor was in the process of being remodeled and he stated that although it wasn't finished we could stay since we were desperate. He prefaced the condition of the room, but it was not even close to the way it was explained. The bathtub was extremely brown and dirty, I let one of the front desk workers know, but it never got cleaned so my family and I never got to shower for the weekend. The pull out couch was broken, I tried to pull it out for my son to sleep on but it wouldn't pull out all the way. Thank goodness it didn't though, because the mattress was moldy and covered in animal hair. When we tried to push it back in, it wouldn't, so it stayed partly open the entire stay. The complimentary breakfast was only prepackaged muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal, and coffee. No water, juice, or anything else to drink. We were EXTREMELY thirsty, and were told there was a vending machine. So I tried to use the vending machine, and it wouldn't work at all. The water from the faucet was completely white, it almost looked like milk it was so cloudy.

Front desk was beyond rude. The entire hotel was super rundown. The elevator smelled horribly. The room smelled really bad of cigarettes and the bath tub faucet kept making weird clicking noises all night I did not stay the second night. I was scared to even have my car in the parking lot specially, when there were a bunch of signs saying they were not liable if things are stolen or broken into your car. Never again.

This property was completely unprepared for the 3 inches of snow that fell the day of our arrival. They did not salt or plow their driveways and parking spots. And because the temps were so low, the slush turned into ice. Also the front desk clerk MaKayla was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. We checked in Friday night and they took payment with no problem. We woke up Saturday morning to enjoy some of the All Star weekend festivities. Once we cameback to the hotel, our keys didnt work. Went to speak with the front desk (Makayla) and she was immediately irritated with us as if we did something wrong. She told me that it shows in the system that we were a NO SHOW & that they refunded our money. Clearly that was a mistske but instead of her saying that and trying to fix it, she told us either we had to pay AGAIN (cause the refund hadnt hit my account) or leave. So of course this infuriated me to the point where I requested a manager. I spoke with the manager and he said he will straighten it out and Makayla should be giving us a new set of keys. Fine right? WRONG! Makayla still wanted to go back and forth with me in regards to the "refund" AFTER her manager said he would handle it. More words were exchanged between us because she refused to just give me new keys and eventually threw the keys at me. NO LIE! By this point i was livid and I cursed her out! She took me completely out of my character. She called the police and we were told we had to leave All because of the their mistake

Place is a dump and front desk staff are unfriendly and borderline rude. Certainly not welcoming or accommodating. Hope you like granola bars and muffins for breakfast. That's all you get. But we didn't even get that. They hadn't put them out and it was after 8am. Terrible smoking odor in non-smoking room, disgusting stains on the desk chair, cheetos and blood stains on the pull-out sofa bed, and a giant hole in the tub liner housing who knows what mildew and bacteria. Disgusting.

BEWARE!!!
It was awful..bathroom was not cleaned.. sofa bed was full of crumbs and even found dirty socks stuffed between cushions..asked for a refund and the front desk attendant offered me another room..sad to say it was just as bad and trash left under kitchen cabinet, no toilet paper and room smelled awful, I had to use body spray for air freshener..Very disappointed..It was a upscale homeless center..I was told I would get a partial refund and did not. DO NOT STAY THERE.

Sleeper sofa had cheetos and blood stains. Obviously not something they open and clean regularly. Tub had massive whole in tub covering (refurbished tub) which was dirty underneath. My son and his friend's room was supposed to be non smoking but had a strong smoking odor. There was also a desk chair with fabric covering on the seat that was severely stained in multiple places and just looked disgusting. Upon arrival, I knew we were about 90 minute early but like any other hotel, expected if the room was available they'd check us in. When I approached the desk, Michaela looked at me with no expression, didn't greet me, just said, 'Yeah?'. I said I was checking in and her reply in a nasty tone as if what I had just asked was absurd was, 'We don't have any rooms, not till 3 o'clock. Check in isn't till 3:00." Not, 'I'm sorry, we don't have any rooms available right now' or something gracious and empathetic. Really, really nasty and uncaring service. When I returned later to let them know we had to leave for our event and ask how late I can check, the manager was there and all of a sudden Michaela was a bit nicer and offered to do something to quasi check us in and let us pick up the keys when we return. Will NEVER stay here again or any other Extended Stay. They've obviously gone way downhill from what they used to be and to put it plainly, have become a fleabag hotel. Just awful. 'On the go' breakfast was packets of oatmeal and hot water.

Upon check in I asked the reception is if the hotel was pretty clean considering it’s an extended stay I know people of all kinds live there and I’m just passing through for a weekend stay. After getting my keys to the room I went and checked it out before taking my kids inside. Immediately you could see that the room had not been properly turned over if at all. There was a large splatter on the curtains of what I can only hope was a sauce and not blood, hair in the tub, on the counter and in the blow dryer, some trash on the counter and a used drying towel hanging on the bathroom door. I asked front desk if they could get someone in there to clean fire I returned with my children and she said they had no one on staff to do it and no other rooms available. The only monetary accommodation was to check me out and give my deposit back but not the money for the room. It was late I had to get my kids so I decided to stay so as to not lose the money. The following morning we wake up to no power, phone chargers not working, phone in the room not working, refrigerator out so the food we brought was warm, the hallway was dark and elevators down so we had to walk the three flights down to front desk to see what was going on, again no accommodations so we had to just leave for the entire day and returned at midnight just to sleep before check out the following day.

Disgusting
It’s pretty bad when I give something a bad review, but here we are. Check in was ok, the poor clerk seemed very frazzled by a water pipe break, resulting in no water for the hotel. That is understandable, the situation was out of her hands. When we were walking through the halls, the smell of marijuana was very evident. Inside our room, it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. There were various stains on the floor, no couch and limited seating. When trying to find the remote for the tv, discovered that there wasn’t one. When I went to call the front desk like the pamphlet said to, I discovered that the phone didn’t work. I went downstairs and asked for a remote, which the clerk had to go find one. Back in the room, when I turned on the tv, I discovered that there wasn’t cable. The cord had been broken and couldn’t be fixed. The absolute cherry on top was when I went to the sink once the water was back on, I discovered a used bar of soap and hair everywhere. There was hair in the shower as well. I was so glad to leave!!!!

The pictures and description on the website are deceptive. It is a non-smoking hotel, but the whole place smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The bathroom was very dirty and the bathroom sink had barely any water flow.

The hotel smelled musty and strong odor of weed. The elevator's floor was coming undone. The sofa sleeper in my room was broken, the trash was over flowing in my room upon my check in. I was not given the room I reserved and paid for, I was told, "sorry, that room type is no longer available" The hotel was very run down and falling apart.

Filthy and poorly managed!
This is the most filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is feces and urine stains around the property, dilapidated cars in parking lot, roaches, carpets are stained and urinated on, doors don’t lock, homeless people around, drug use abounds with management turning a blind eye. I tried to cancel as soon as I got there, but since I checked in, it was too late.

I stayed at two ESA motels on my journey across America and was pleasantly surprised by the total experience. Your facilities were extremely clean, comfortable, and economical, well within my budget. I cannot complain to much, as i knew we were getting the very last room available. It was clean, but there were no towels or trash cans, and you could not use the shower.
