No service. Did not even have laundry soap for sale. Did not clean the rooms daily. Very dated rooms from the 90s

Jim Thank you for your feedback. Daily housekeeping service is on request only. We are happy to clean you room, but post COVID many hotels, including ours, does not clean daily unless requested. The desk should have explained that to you and I am sorry if we failed in doing that. The rooms are not from the 90's and were fully renovated in 2019 and new/larger tv's were installed earlier this year. I do apologize you didn't enjoy your stay.

The rooms was smaller than we thought, the TV didn't work for 2 days or so, the food was horrible.

I am so sorry we failed to meet your expectations. We did do a conversion to direct TV but the TV was only down a few hours. Please bring any issues to our attention so we can correct.

We really liked our stay at Country Inn. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The only thing that I missed is that there's nowhere to hang your clothes. Since our stay was short it wasn't a big deal.

The property was clean and the breakfast was good. They also provided a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which was very convenient. Perfect for our trip to pick up our son from Indiana University.

I booked the room for easier access to the airport. Surrounding neighborhood is sketchy and hotel is not a good park and fly. Not really at the airport but close. I did not feel that it would be safe to leave my vehicle there for long periods of time. Not good restaurants in the area.

While the property is close to the airport (a bonus) - it is dirty, outdated, and smells a bit. Healthy food choices around the area are non existent. The staff was fine -- not overly friendly, but polite and professional.

The general feel of the hotel is decent with convenient parking and good facilities, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We arrived at 9 p.m. and were ready for showers and sleep after a long drive, so we didn't take full advantage of the indoor pool, patio seating and fitness center which were all nice. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable at first. However, our kids discovered a few bed bugs in their beds - a couple of dead ones, and one large one that was alive. We alerted the front desk in the morning and showed them the live one we caught, and told them we didn't know we were getting a roommate - it didn't take up much room, but did keep the kids awake as they inspected everything before settling down to sleep well after midnight. We didn't attend the continental breakfast except for a bagel and some coffee. The bagel was good and the food looked fine, but the coffee was weak and uninspiring.

部屋はきれいに掃除してあり、清潔だった。しかし、廊下に落ちているゴミが何日も落ちたままで、掃除の回数が少ないのだろうか。プールから出て濡れたまま部屋に帰っていいそうで、びしょ濡れの水着の客とすれ違った。廊下が濡れていた。徒歩圏内にレストランは幾つかあるが、基本的に車で行くほうがいい。歩けない訳ではないが、歩道がないので。😄

The hotel was super busy due to a popular concert in the area but the staff was super friendly and were working quickly to get people checked in. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great!
