« All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of...

« The Villa was perfect for a weekend dance convention. The master bedroom was so spacious and had an extra counter and sink. The kitchen had a full sized refrigerator and table for 4. The Living Room was so nice with several chairs a desk and a sofa bed. Beautiful views of the golf course and a covered deck 😀 Would definitely come back ! »

« It was pretty clean I wish they had an ice machine on each floor and a gym especially because there is no Anytime fitness in town it would have been nice to have something in the building even if it were just a few things to use. »

« Nice big room, great staff. The breakfast was powdered eggs. I didn’t like that. I will not be eating there again. »

« Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again. »

« We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. »

« Room had a smell of cat urine, bathroom was cold no vent or heat. There was no hot water and we were up graded to the jacuzzi room and was not able to use it due to the lack of hot water. Informed front desk of hot water issue when we checked out and we’re told to let the hot water run form15-20 minutes and then it should be hot. Terrible room will not be back. »
