We visited Melbourne a couple of years ago because our daughter goes to school at Florida Institute of Technology. We loved the area so much, we decided to buy a condo here, and we are excited to introduce others to this quiet beach community. We hope you love it as much as we do.

We met Pedro and Laura Machin, and they graciously offered to manage our property for us. We are thrilled to be able to partner with them and be included in their portfolio of properties!

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sunup to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Neighborhood:
This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.
You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.
Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-watering delicious.

Other things to note:
The unit is on a third story (two flights of stairs) and the building does not have an elevator.
The clubhouse area (including the pool and gym) is open from sun-up to sun-down.
We have a Keurig one cup coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 68 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.
