« Wonderful, serene, earth conscious hotel that was very enjoyable. »

« There were a number of issues with this property. As we paid $266 for the room, we were disappointed with our stay. Here were the issues: -- As it was an older property, we couldn't use the trolley for our luggage to access our first-floor room, as there were stairs from the lobby level to the first-floor level. So we had to lug our suitcases and garment bags up the stairs, which, as we are in our 70s, was difficult. -- The shower didn't work, so we had to use the handheld shower device. ...

« Overall, the property was good. The sofa was starting to look worn and stained and could use replacement soon. The sheet on the sofa bed had a small rip and no additional blanket was provided for it. »

« Outside and inside pool was closed the two nights we were there because they didn’t keep up with cleaning it. I had five kids with me to celebrate my daughter’s 6th birthday and they weren’t able to get in the pool until the day of checkout. All they accommodated me for was parking after I spent over 400 dollars for the room. »

« Hôtel très agréable pour 8 nuits en famille. Très bien situé avec voiture obligatoire, à environ 20 minutes du centre d atlanta. Plein de commerces et restaurants dans les alentours. Nous le conseillons vivement !!!! »

« This hotel was beautiful. Our suite was very spacious. Their computers were down when we got there, so check in took around 30 minutes. This was out of their control, and they comped our parking because of it. Everything was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We took our kids to the pool twice while we were there. It was very nice, and there were plenty of pool towels each time we went. The location was perfect for a concert at Truist Park. »

« We only stayed for one night, but the room was comfortable and was clean. Major complaint was the shower/tub was extremely slippery and did not have anything on the bottom to avoid slipping. This needs to be corrected before someone gets hurt. One of our guests fell but fortunately was not hurt - it could have been much worse. Ice machine was near our room, so we heard people getting ice st ungodly hours of the night. Beds were comfortable and frig was cold. All in all, a good stay. »

« All the staff were amazing and helpful the air was broken over half the stay and it was miserable the breakfast was good because it was a buffet but didnt like that only 2 breakfast were free and the kids would have to pay $17 also didnt like that parking was almost $20 a day »
