Nightmare hotel stay
It was awful...some of the staff are unfriendly.Housekeeping terrible. I booked for family room with 3 beds then i asked for another bed. They gave us a foam bed on the floor, then we went downstairs for food. When we went back to our room we where all shocked because they changed that foam to a thinner one without telling us and they open our room not even asking permission.To think we were just downstairs eating.So we rang the reception and she said they gave us a wrong floor bed thats why they changed. My argument is very disrespectful to us that asking to open our room.For 3 nights of stay nobody asked us if we need new towels or we need our room to clean up. They gave us one tissue per day for 3 person...really. I will not recommend this hotel and i will not book on this hotel. It was a nightmare plus theres no lift. We stayed on the third floor.

I had an erroneous booking for a particular date. I came a week earlier and they won’t apply my paid booking on the date I stayed as walk in even if they know I won’t be using the paid reservation. That’s a rip off.

There were no windows, and I ordered a king bed but was given two twins. However it was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay

Staying there was a terrible experience, the room was dirty, the walls has hand marks and stains all over of the place, power sockets are inconveniently placed (there’s a limit to 50w of power usage and the socket was under the lamp stand), there were mosquitoes inside the room and baby cockroaches on the bed, hairs everywhere ( from under the lamp stand to the bathroom and in the bed), bath towels are no longer white, they are already on the shade of gray, you’ll have to pass through a kitchen before going to your room (good luck on your new food scent on your way out), the room was located just alongside a busy road ( it was noisy all through out the day and night), and for the staff, I don’t know if they had any because you just pass through kitchen and front desk and nobody cares... Well except for the Bellhop whowas kind enough to give me complimentary water. The room wasn’t cleaned also while I was there. Never coming back, I know it’s not the most luxurious hotel there is but they could do better.

good
as usual they have cakes to die for. delicious. but choices are limited. the room is okay. but it was on the third floor and there is no elevator. towels are not that clean. but the beds and pillows are stress relievers. for a good price i think it’s okay. parking and location is good. near a convenient store so it’s a great help if you need anything.

It was a good unit and our stay overall is good. We were out all day on both days and the room served the purpose of our stay.
