« Bonjour aucune personne pour notre arrivée les clés étaient sous le tapis d'entrée sans qu' on soit prevenu. Pas de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle, l annonce precise qu' il y a 4 chambres pour 8 couchages alors qu il n'y a seulement 3 chambres et 6 couchages, les tiroirs de la cuisine ne ferment pas et se décrochent, pas de balayette pour le nettoyage des toilettes, je suis parti le jour même les acheter. Et pour finir on me réclame 120 dollars pour une marque de stylos sur une couverture...
