The place is 3 minutes way (walking) from the beach, 5 minutes from Staniel Cay Yacht Club and about 6 minutes from the convenience store. Anita and Theodore were really helpful and responsive. Theodore very nicely picked us up and dropped us at the airport. « This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. "Oui chambre vétuste . Aménagement médiocre. Salle de bain tres vetuste nous n'avions pas l'eau de douche (robinetterie cassée) nous l'avons signalé mais rien a ete fait. Le support papier toilette était rouillé. Le wc vis au sol rouillé. Noous avons réservé une chambre avec 2 lit mais nous n'avons eu qu'un seul lit. Au niveau de climatisation il y avait de l'humidité peinture trous. Le menage etait fait 1 jour sur 2 malgré ma demande quotidienne. Il ny a que l'emplacement vue mer qui etait parfaite. Mais les installations extérieures étaient pas entretenus et pas de qualité correcte. Jai des videos et photos a l'appui. L'hÎtel ne vaut pas du tout la note attribuée sur votre site. C'est vetuste et mal entretenue je déconseille vivement. "
