« Très jolie petite maison, très bien décorée avec goût et très propre. Elle est parfaitement équipée, notamment dans la cuisine; il y a de nombreux produits à disposition dans la salle de bain ( shampoing, crème solaire, démêlant, …) ainsi que dans la cuisine. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et accueillant. La vue sur la mer du gazebo est magnifique. »

« This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. Very near to the amazing Tropic of Cancer Beach with the great sound of the Nature. The owners were also very reactive and helpful. « Had a great stay with our little family in this cute cottage. Warren was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end. The kitchen was well equipped and charcoal grill was a plus. Nice water view from living room and bedrooms. (Tip—you will definitely need a car to get to swimming/beach access. Rocky area outside of house leads to a rocky water view only.) »

« The location of this small cottage and Peter's hospitality are outstanding. The AC is cold, the appliances work well and the bed is comfortable. There are chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, kayaks, a paddle board, snorkeling equipment, lots of floats and plenty of beach towels for guests to use. The space is small and there is not a door on the inside restroom. As other guests have pointed out, the driveway is a bit rough. Overall, we had a great time at Sunset Cottage and would definitely stay here...

« The property was amazing and the caretaker, Norman, was wonderful. He was very helpful, took us back and fourth to main island whenever we wanted to go. We were able to tie up to the dock, which was very helpful for us. The property could use a little bit of maintenance but otherwise was really nice. »

« Our stay at Minns Cottage was great! Loved the location close to town and across the street from the beach. The beach had the best snorkeling we could find! The unit had everything we needed including a washer and dryer! We will definitely stay here again! »
