« This place is a hidden gem. A few minutes outside of Sandusky, the rooms are simple yet comfortable and the grounds are a lovely place to relax, be it outside with the porches, pavilions, and firepits, or in one of the shared spaces inside. Ranae's communication was friendly, prompt, and clear. My only regret was that we didn't have more time there. »

« Penny’s property is great! Everything you need is there. Just bring your clothes and food. Everything was as stated in her listing. We had a few questions for Penny before and she was quick to respond and it was all that she said it would be. We are already talking about booking for next year once we have the dates that we need to be in Port Clinton. It’s also so convenient to Port Clinton and Camp Perry. »

« We LOVE Kelley’s Island and have been coming yearly for over 20 years. As the family has grown us “kids” now have spouses etc and so there was a need for more room. This house is absolutely perfect. Great space, perfect location, adorable back deck for relaxing and a lovely kitchen for anything you need. We’ll be back!- highly recommend and great host communication. »

« Very clean and nicely decorated with a beach theme. The rental is a part of the St. Hazards complex, but is listed as being across the road. This inaccuracy caused issue with the shuttle driver as the address given through VRBO app doesn’t match the actual physical address. The online guidelines and the rental property binder didn’t mention the hot water heater switch. We found it easy, but some folks may struggle. Outside of those issues our stay was outstanding. « We stayed at this cottage for our annual spring fishing trip to Lake Erie. The stay was fantastic. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked very well, enough room throughout the place for our gear and didn’t feel cramped, outside electrical outlet and hose hook up to use, and finally easy access in and out. Was great to have the outside deck for winding down after a long day of fishing. »
