« I would never stay at this property again they made excuses about why your room.wasnt ready at a 4pm check in time. Management was rude and disrespectful. I ask for a lower floor room months in advance and they aren't good at trying to honor your request. I notice that management was rude to several guess and that was how they were treating people. The money you pay to stay there the property isn't worth the money. »

« Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management. »
