« This is our second time staying at The Charlotte Hotel. The rooms have a nice traditional feel. Quiet location yet right in town with an easy walk to restaurants (including the new Bread & Butter), shops, and the waterfront. On street parking is plentiful and we've been able to park right in front of the hotel each August stay. Onancock is a peaceful place to stay on the Chesapeake Bay. A great value...we would 100% stay here again. »

7. Cottage near the Bay

« The first thing was that the pictures were okay on the site, BUT it didn't show how dirty the place was. We got there and the outside was questionable. but we had to get ready to attend our event so we didn't have the time to really check out the place until we came back around 10pm. I was told by the host that the place was being cleaned after the previous tenants left. Well they must have left over a month ago because that place was dirty...with a capital D!! ANTS in the rooms, rust on top...
