« There is a front desk down at the main office, but most assistance is provided remotely 24/7 by the app or text. They are very responsive. We stayed in the Roundhouse right on the cove, the view was amazing and we really enjoyed it. We arrived at the end of the season and it was very quiet. »

« Very nice location with nice staff. Julia was very friendly at the front desk. However for the price charged I would expect a bed that is comfortable not one that feels like plywood. This was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in a highly priced hotel rooms. They need to seriously upgrade their beds. Just awful couple night sleep. »
