« I was in town for a conference at the local resort. While I was bummed at first that the resort was booked, I think I got the better deal with this cabin in Birch Bay. Only 15 minutes from Semiahmoo, this cozy cabin was a perfect respite within a quiet, picturesque community. A stone's throw from the water, and away from vehicle noise. « We enjoyed an extended stay at Cowboy Cabin. It was great being out in a rural area, and we especially enjoyed watching hawks, swans, and other birds in the marsh across the street. The on-site staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Just know that this is an older building with dents and bruises, and the heating system could use a little attention. I'll bet kids would enjoy the cowboy decor and plenty of room to play in the large living room. »

« Gorgeous location and very responsive host. I had to make several adjustments to my reservation and the host was very helpful. We loved watching the water birds and tides throughout the day. We rented the house for 5 nights with 2 couples and enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet so we all slept well.
