« Property itself was great, its on top of a pizza place (good pizza spot) but you can hear the music from downstairs (only an issue if you dont like music). Only one parking spot so plan ahead - I would book again. Not related to the property but the management company could have been more helpful - we were only staying at the property for one night and we asked for a late check out, never heard back. While we left at the required time, we happen to be grabbing a pizza at 3p when the cleaning...

« I have never written a negative review in the dozens of vacation rentals we have stayed. But i could not let this go. Upon arrival the refrigerator was unplugged. contacted the host and she said a new 1 was supposed to be delivered earlier. i replied why was i not told as it takes hours for cool down for foods to be safe. I waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery. No ice maker or ice trays in new frig. the door code was broke, only 1 key. Front door very hard to open even delivery men had trouble. paint...

« We had a great stay here with our 2 year old. The cottage is cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location couldn't be better, in the wonderful Old Northeast neighborhood and just a short walk to the waterfront, Vinoy Park, pier, and downtown. Lisa was an excellent host and provided lots of recommendations in the lead-up to our stay. We'd love to stay here again on our next trip to St. Pete! »
