The hotel organized our transportation to and from the airport, which was nice because it involved a car, water taxi, and bus. « The resort is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant a couple of evenings and the food was delicious! The breakfast wasn't included in our rate (and was $30 each to add), but there are great restuarants very close to the resort. Would definitely return! »

« The location is the best, the staff is ok but room had not vent in the bathroom which is unacceptable, the AC did not work well, the breakfast buffet did not have coffee, just colored water with not flavor at all. I booked the hotel online and I wasn't advise that next to my room there will be construction work the hotel told me at check in🙄 »
