As such, with Fernando of the Hotel Palace , we have very rarely experimented such an excellent service from an hotel manager. Fernando did everything he could to guide us and assist us. The rooms and garden area are in excellent upkeep and pleasant to hang out in hammocks or seating arrangements. The owners are very kind people, who even helped me organize a free ride back to the airport upon my departure (a relative happened to also take a flight off the island). « This was a great stay! The hotel is so cute and the staff is top notch! The rooms were spacious, had plenty of shelving, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is convenient, located near stores, Darwin Ave, restaurants, and bars. It is about a 10 minute walk to the pier, but they will coordinate taxis if you need it. They give you a discount to a local tour agency and restaurant. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I skipped breakfast and told them I was going to Isabela Island and...
