« The room had not been cleaned very well, as there were sweet wrappers on the floor by the side of the bed. The towels appeared to have been washed but smelt VERY bad, as if they had been put away while still very damp. We saw no hot water come out of the taps for the first 24 hours of our stay, despite trying periodically.
