« Very clean. Everything in the cupboards and drawers was labeled which I loved! Kitchen was very well stocked! Lots of books, movies and games! Only issue was the air conditioner being broke. Owner reached out and was in communication about the issue but it did get very warm. Was 85 degrees in the main area every day even with all blinds continuously drawn and window air conditioners running and multiple box fans. This was the only disappointing part of the trip. No one’s fault, just frustrating....

« We have stayed in this unit for two years in a row and have had an amazing experience both times. The easy beach access and pools are great for families with small children. Our family has stayed in dozens of units at the Croatan Surf club and this is by far one of our favorites. Well equipped and spacious! Eddie was very easy to communicate with and helpful when we had questions. »

« The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. « This condo was perfect for my family of four for a long weekend over the 4th of July! It was clean, had everything we needed and the view from the deck was beautiful. Getting to and from the beach was a breeze, and the condo was by a lot of great restaurants and shops. Overall a wonderful stay! »
