« The staff were not helpful. The buggy service was hard to come by and the coordination between Westin and this resort was not well done. Overall average but not recommended. »

« Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet. »

« Good staff, very understanding. The place is very clean »

« The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »
