« This condo was in the perfect spot on the island. Easy walk to the beach & pool right outside our door. It was well furnished with anything you need in the kitchen. We had a mixup at checkout (our fault completely), but he was gracious and understanding. Very hospitable! »

« The property was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. The management company was fantastic!!A couple things to note. The property more faces the river outlet. Still a great beach but you don't get the large ocean waves and sea breeze. Saw a ton of dolphins and pelicans! So cool! The front door opens into the bedroom. Not a big deal but a little different... »

« The location of Paula’s condo is perfect and close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! Check in was easy. The condo is on the 4th floor. The elevator was broken during our stay, so that made loading and unload a bit difficult, but communication was good, and the rest of the stay was great! »

« The house is beautiful, the screen porch was amazing and the kids and family members loved hanging out on the dock. Couldn’t be happier with our choice, even with one electrical issue. Property management addressed that quickly, sending an electrician out on the weekend to fix it. »

« We had the most wonderful time! Outstanding view of the ocean, with a porch swing to enjoy. Beautiful and clean. Could not be better! It was a perfect spot to get to the beach and enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. The deck is amazing, we ate all our meals at the high top table enjoying the gorgeous view! We will be back to stay again. »

« We had the best time during our first trip out in Tybee. The condo looked exactly as it does in the photos. With the pool access being on the same street we were able to hit the pool in the mornings and beach after lunch. Everything for us was in walking distance which was amazing. We found ourselves enjoying the late afternoons on the porch and on the cozy couches for a late night movie. The communication with Southern Belle was superior. Only cons were the tight parking space and mild amount...
