Cabanes à Île Grindstone

« The room was perfect for what we needed. We were able to attend wedding celebration/festivities in Alexandria and Bolt Castle and come back to relaxing atmosphere. The air conditioner works wonderfully and was much appreciated with the stifling temps. Room recently renovated. Bed / pillows very comfortable. »

« Wonderful owner, historic home, warm réception with charcuterie and Wine, good breakfast On the low side : irregular water flow, Windows without blinds so you get light very early in the morning. You have to keep in mind this is an old home which has its charm but also its flaws. »

« It was a reasonably good attempt at refurbishing an old roadside motel by so had shortcomings. Small. Bathroom old. Internet intermittent. Barn door for bathroom. Ok »

« Nous avons passe une soiree merveilleuse sur le balcon a regarder les bateaux sur l'eau, il est certain que nous retournerons et cette fois pour plus d'une nuit »

« This room was small but had just about everything you would need but some kind of table to eat on. We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. This room was clean and in a great location. »

« Charming! Can’t wait to back. »

« Awesome cabin vibes, with new amenities, very clean and organized. Beautiful neighborhood with stunning views. The host are extremely easy to communicate with and would highly recommend. »

« We stayed in the Finch and loved it. Bed was super comfy and the shower is divine! I love the care and thoughtfulness that is put into every aspect of the cottages and the grounds. There is everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher! We brought our two small dogs, and we enjoyed exploring the property, especially by the docks. The fall decor is grogeous. Each cottage had its own pumpkin, firepit with supplied wood, kindling and Adirondack chairs, and outdoor table area. I highly recommend...

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Sparrow" cottage. It was very clean and just the right size for the two of us. The entire property at The Ledges was kept up with the utmost of care. Situated by the docks made just sitting and watching boats and birds a delight. The location is very near the downtown area where all the restaurants and shops are. If you want to get away from it all and unwind, this is the place for you!Thank you, Amy and Nick! »

« We enjoyed the property and all it had to offer. »
