« Airport pickup was convenient and communication was fine. Location was close to the airport and a decent stay before or after catching a flight. Like a little motel locally run. »

« Staff tried to be helpful but were not used to servicing foreigners with limited knowledge on traveling through China. No restaurant or ATM on premises from which to get currency for eating out, as local restaurants do not accept foreign cards. Also worth noting that hotel stays booked through third-party channels (such as online travel agencies) are not eligible for earning award points. »

« The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center. »

« Small error during the check-in process : on the number of nights of my stay and the fact that the room was already paid so they had to double-check twice. The room was quite spacious but may need a refresh. The food at the cafe (after 10pm) was very disappointing. The one at the chinese restaurant though was very good. Convenient since there is an ATM in the lobby. »
