« Très belle maison où nous avons été très bien accueillis La chambre (n° 8) disposait d'une terrasse couverte ; chaque voiture a son emplacement et nous sommes informés par mail avant notre arrivée de l'endroit où il faut se garer. Tout a été fait pour faciliter notre séjour : prêt de DVD, de GPS, brochures etc... Petit déjeuner excellent et gâteaux servis l'après midi tout était très bien y compris l'emplacement tout près du centre de Bar Harbor (5 mn à pied) »

« My mother and I had the best stay at Heathwood Inn when we visited Bar Harbor this summer. The staff is amazingly nice and they even prepared for my last breakfast the famous pumpkin waffles I had seen in the comments and nicely asked for - if possible (they are so delicious). It is also very easy to move around the island as one of the island buses can stop right in front of the Inn, allowing you to explore Acadia without a car and struggling to find parking. Yass! »

« Jim and Anna are wonderful, thoughtful hosts - and chefs! Breakfast was divine, and a new creative menu every morning. We’re still raving about their watermelon salad and baked blackberry strata! The Inn is just 5-6 miles from downtown, and on a street laden with food options too so you’re never too far from fulfilling your lobster roll cravings. Great sized room (we stayed at Somes Sound) with a comfy loveseat and TV that lets you sign in to Disney, Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, etc. for cozy nights...

« Sehr extravagantes B&B mit tollem Service (schon eine Nummer zu "fein" für unseren Geschmack" Ein tolles Gebäude aus dem 19.JH. Super ruhig & edel. Daher ein Punkt Abzug bei der Gemütlichkeit. Man möchte (& könnte) sich zu Hause fühlen, aber alle Gäste schleichen nur umher & jeder flüstert. Wenn einem erklärt wird was zum Frühstück in welcher Reihenfolge kredenzt (erst Obst, dann Pancakes) wird fühlt man sich schon recht seltsam.
