« The staff was amazing and the room was extremely clean. We were kinda bummed out at first because a big portion of the waterpark was closed due to a window being unstable. What was still open was awesome and the activities for the kids were also great. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. « Staff at the Lobby is super friendly. Overall the place is fine but could be cleaner amd could use a little refurbishment. Been there 3 nights and not once did the housekeeping staff come. Great location to be near Cedar Point but for the price i would have expected a bit more. »
