« I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. The girl at check in was all attitude, we waited a few minutes after she finished with the folks before us and never got a "welcome" we had to beg to have the hot tub warm finally after a day she turned it on and then she tried to scam us for $41 telling us we damaged the sheets and they couldn't clean them. « I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal.
