« Jack, the host, is very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay near Georgetown. Very nice to have kayaks and beach stuff to enjoy the beautiful beaches on this island. 4 adults and 2 teens stayed comfortably. They provide a robe so you can enjoy the outdoor shower. Grocery is about 15 min away but I do recommend having Kay get groceries before you arrive. Helps to have some food before you go into town. « Great place. Kayak's available to use, beautiful dock across the street right on the flats. We did see a couple of turtles, a shark, and a sting ray right off the dock. Fina offered to let us use just about anything we needed. Check in and out was very easy. »

« I have just returned from Jack’s Island House with 10 college friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. The house was perfect for us! The large screen porch was wonderful for hanging out on, and for the night we had a chef come in. The plunge pool was an amazing way for us to relax at the end of the day. « This house is the perfect place to take in all that Exuma has to offer!! Stunning panoramic views from the porch perfect to watch the sunrise. Beautiful house on a big piece of property so no worries about privacy or neighbors being to close. 20 minutes from Georgetown so easy to get provisions. We rented a boat for the week and the dock was perfect for keeping it tied up. »

The OCEAN views were absolutely breathtaking and made the entire trip even more special. « Beautiful beachfront property!!! Plenty of room with great views. Very clean. We really enjoyed the pool. Close to airport and a few good restaurants. The caretaker of the property was amazing, he helped us out on several occasions. I would definitely stay at this property again. »

« Exuma Summit House is outstanding, with great indoor and outdoor amenities. Arrival was great, we arrived 4 hours before check in and put our bags in the house while the cleaning crew spruced up the home. Then we spent the next few hours swimming in the pool and utilizing the outdoor bathrooms, changing room, and two outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Nicky, the house manager, took care of all our needs and requests, from booking dinner reservations to making boat excursion recommendations...
