« The staff were all great from reception to housekeeping. Unfortunately, the hotel is nothing like a Doubletree (except for the cookies). It has been woefully neglected, obviously for a long time. Upon entering the lobby at check-in, the smell of mildew/dampness was pervasive. It was even worse in the conference room areas. The carpeting is very much in need of cleaning, especially in the conference room areas. The wallpaper seams in the guest rooms and other areas have opened up, most likely...

« Le seul avantage est le prix. Cet hotel est en rénovation et en a grandement besoin. La chambre était propre, sans plus. C’est comme si ils avaient conservé quelques chambres disponibles pendant les rénovations. Il y a des boites de matériaux dans une section mais pas d’ouvrier au alentour… je ne retournerai pas à cet hotel. »
