« Chambre très élégante, petite mais cocooning et calme. Le fait de pouvoir fermée une deuxième porte est un luxe. L'hotel est magnifique, le personnel très à l'écoute et le restaurant italien très sympa. »

« Le personnel de L'hôtel est très serviable. La propreté est au RDV. Le métro est a moins de 10 minutes a pieds. Ce n'est pas l'idéal mais c'est convenable. Il y a beaucoup de choses a faire autour aussi. »

« The room is nice, cleaning service excellent. We arrived at 19:00 and had to wait until 20:00 fir the room to be ready. This said the reception staff was nice although pushy with expensive dining options. One particular staff at the pool was agressive and rude with our kids and those of others. I had to intervene a couple times. Overall it is a nice hotel with almost all staff very pleasant but outside the room things are overpriced even by HK standards. »

« Good location, friendly and professional welcome, and clean and comfortable room. As I booked a suite, I was given access to the executive lounge and the staff also provided some perks like a free extra breakfast for a guest. »
