« Perfect location nearby central station and restaurants. Staff excellent Building and Equipment good but not wow »

« The room is nice, cleaning service excellent. We arrived at 19:00 and had to wait until 20:00 fir the room to be ready. This said the reception staff was nice although pushy with expensive dining options. One particular staff at the pool was agressive and rude with our kids and those of others. I had to intervene a couple times. Overall it is a nice hotel with almost all staff very pleasant but outside the room things are overpriced even by HK standards. »

« This hotel perfectly located in Wanchai is confortable, the staff friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean. I really advise It »

« Excellent hôtel with all what you can expect from including big buffet breakfast, swimming pool... »

« I live in Hong Kong and spent a week end at W Hotel just to enjoy the swimming pool because it looks nice on the pictures. Unfortunately the pool was so crowds that it was almost impossible to have a chair.... disappointing »
