« We just got back from a week in beautiful Rincon. The property accommodated all our needs and the kids loved the private pool. John, the manager, was easy to get a hold of and so helpful when we arrived after dark and weren't sure of the exact location. We walked to restaurants, shops and excursions. I would only suggest a few extra blankets and better lighting and some hooks in the master bathroom. Minor things. We'd come back! »

« Tres Amigos is ideally located near Maria's, Dogman's, Steps, Domes, and so many other great surf spots. We enjoyed walking to Calypso's for dinner and drinks. The front deck is awesome for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The house has AC but we didn't need it with the cool breezes and ceiling fans. »

« We had such a wonderful time. The house was big enough to accommodate my family of five comfortably. We love that it's right on the beach and so private. That porch is absolutely amazing! The only surprise we had was that there is no oven in the kitchen so we had to change plans on a dinner but not a big deal. I did look back on the listing and it doesn't list an oven as one of the kitchen amenities so that was my fault. »

« The location of this property was perfect. It was only 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a five minute drive to the town square. The property itself was clean and well maintained. The green porch area was perfect for the evenings. We felt safe in the gated community. Check in was super easy as well. »

« The property is spacious with beautiful views. The town of Rincon and Crash boat beach is minutes away. The house itself has Four bedrooms Teo bathrooms modern appliances. »

« We had an amazing time staying here. The house had everything we needed, including little extras we weren’t expecting. Even with the country wide power outage, we had everything we needed with the back up generator. The hosts were great communicating with us over the power outage. The house is a little dated inside but everything worked great. As others said, the pool was not heated but we didn’t mind it so much. « The house worked great for the 2 families that stayed there. There was essentially 2 different houses so one family stayed in the lower level and the other stayed in the upper. If kids were a little older the downstairs apartment would be perfect for them alone. The pool was amazing and super great to relax in after visiting the various beaches around town. Many different beaches nearby that were just a few minute drive to get there. Great experience. Would come again. »
