« There were 5 of us all in our early 60s. There was so much room in this house! Big kitchen and 2 living room areas. Great master bed and bath. The backyard was the gem of this property. Pool and outdoor cabana were perfect to spend a hot day lounging around the pool. Lots of shade if you need it. Location of the house is perfect! You could walk across the Bridge of Lyons to the historic district. The host was very responsive to our quick questions. We will definitely be back! »

« We had a wonderful time on our first trip to St. Augustine. The house is roomy with lots of beds, easy access to both downtown and the area with more chain stores and activities. We drove to the beach parking in about 2 minutes and didn’t have trouble finding parking which was a short walk to the ocean. « We stayed during Memorial Day weekend with 3 families. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax without feeling cramped. The pool was a perfect size for our kids and adults to relax in! The other thing is neighbors are a little close but it didn't bother us because we stayed in or were out at the pool/beach when they were out. Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. It had nice amenities and was exactly as advertised in terms of location to the beach, which was fantastic.However, upon arrival at 10pm I went to shower and the handle broke off in my hand and the drain did not work well.
