« We were excited about this property the moment we found it. Our expectations were definitely met and exceeded. The personal touches that welcomed us were unexpected but definitely made us feel welcomed. The property turned out to be everything we needed. We had enough parking space for everyone. We were able to put our bikes in the garage at night. Everyone had their own bathroom. We had extra space to work from home, even though we were on vacation. And, the kitchen! It was spacious and...

« Communication was very easy and incredibly fast. Property is updated and very clean. Walk to beach is convenient and close by. House provided everything we needed - we made a couple meals from scratch and had all the kitchen accessories needed- including sharp knives! We brought our three teens and some of their freinds- property gave lots of room for us to all spread out. Definitely recommend! »

« We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time at the property but definitely not the last. Everything was excellent from the short walk to the beach to the attached garage which allowed a place for the kids to play. The entire back yard is fenced in so there is plenty of room for the kids to roam and play as well. If I had to find a negative point it would be the temperature of the home itself. It is very hard to cool, which can be expected in extreme temps and lack of exterior shad but if...

« After Orlando Parks the adults needed their vacation time. Laid back, less people. This house was great location, perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, everything we needed. Sitting outdoors in screened in pool listening to music was great down time. Beach around the corner. I highly recommend the craigcat boat tour in st Augustine. It was a blast! »
