« We have stayed in many VRBOs and this was by far our worst experience. Had to call support to get the owner to provide the door code for check in. The place was not clean, the outdoor furniture was falling apart, the dishes were dirty and there were only 3 plates. There was no dish washer, nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom and the window air conditioner units struggled to cool even though it was early May and not that hot. « The important things were there, clean, nice towels, a very comfy bed with big fluffy pillows, a larger fridge and the beach is directly across the street, and my dog was allowed no extra charge. The owner also doesn't force you to purchase insurance, a new thing I'm seeing on VRBO a lot and it adds a nice chunk of expense onto your stay or a ridiculous deposit is required.
