« This home was gorgeous! The view of the city and river. Was stunning. Sunset is a must. The home was very clean and smells wonderful. The rental company was very helpful. The only downside was the downstairs neighbors. Music playing and noise from 1st floor. Bring noise canceling headphones. But the view and location to St Augustine is worth it. Walking distance to the city and shrimp at Osteen. Beautiful home with attention to detail. »

« Location was great. Front door was challenging to open & close. Had to pull on doorknob while simultaneously pushing number pad. Screen glass door would fly open & had to be very aware. Need notice to watch for wind catching it. The master bath sink was totally clogged. Master shower smelled musty & dining table was dirty. Kitchen fully stocked & appliances were nice. Management staff were very nice & attentive to our needs & questions. »
