« The stay was exactly what we where looking for. We went into St. Augustine for a day and were pleasantly surpised. Then did 2 relaxing days on the beach outside our door. The pool was was warm and refreshing also. I would stay there again. »

« Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants). »

« The condo was clean, very nice size for the 4 of us. The location was great for walking to restaurants. ( It was too close to the donut shop though!!! haha) Sit out on the back patio and see and listen to the ocean. Very pretty sunrise our first AM. Pool was big and clean. Would diffidently stay here again. The owner reached out a few times to make sure everything was going good »

« What a fabulous location! We watched the sunrise every morning from our balcony. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed! Amenities were a bit dated but very well maintained. Beach access was perfect and the location was never over crowded.We had a great stay and will def be back!Thank you! »

« The condo was extremely nice and clean. The host was easily accessible when needed. I enjoyed the fact that it was located outside of all the busy traffic on A1A but within a 10 minute drive to the downtown hustle. I recommend driving across the club grounds and parking as close to the beach access as possible though. »

« The condo was very clean upon our arrival. Plenty of dishes, linens, paper goods were provided. Extremely quiet, never heard the neighbors. Screen porch was great. Although we did not use the pool, both appeared just as pictured in the listing. We saw many guests with pets but never heard one sound from any of them. Bed was very comfortable. Upon arrival, the gate from the main road was not working but that was fixed during our stay. Overall, very comfortable lodging and we would come back...

« Property exactly as described/pictured. Our stay was great, the unit is just the right size for two adults. We couldn't get any closer to the beach, which was our primary reason for choosing this rental. The pool was clean and had plenty of tables with umbrellas and chairs, and lounge seating. The two A/C units did their very best and kept us cool, but they are terribly noisy and run almost constantly. Seems like the whole complex has the same problem?Will keep this place on my favorites...
