« My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at Knife Edge Escape.Rylee and Rachel were totally responsive and quickly answered all our questions and needs.The accommodations were amazing - clean, very comfy and cozy. There were great instructions about "How to stay there" They also had everything we needed for cooking!The views of the lake and Mt Katadhan were stunning and we would just site and gaze out the windows at the amazing view.I can't say enough positive things about the Knife Edge Escape...

« Wonderful base of operations for our days into Baxter State Park (highly recommended). Wonderful views out over the lake. We enjoyed hearing the calls of the loons in the evening and overnight.Heating the place can be a little awkward (there’s a Heat & Glo) gas fireplace with a heated air fan that serves this purpose (better than I expected) and portable electric radiators for the upstairs bedrooms if needed. There’s no TV and no central air but honestly that’s part of the point - and neither...
